- robots.txt and sitemap.xml (both were missing; Cloudflare served the home page for them).
- A real 404 page: unknown URLs returned 200 with the home page (soft 404s). The demo console keeps working since every demo route is its own file.
- JSON-LD SoftwareApplication data on the landing page for rich results, and a sitemap link.
